How to write a resume summary that scans

Open with your target role and years of experience, then one strength area and one proof point.

If this is your first resume, lead with your degree or internship and the kind of role you want: “Computer science student seeking a software internship. Built a campus app used by 400 students.”

Write it in Lavender Studio’s resume maker, then keep it to three or four lines so it stays easy to read.
